Who you'll deal with
I'm Connor, and I live and work in Bristol. Bristol Web Works is just me. I design your site, build it, look after it, and I'm who picks up when you ring. Not a ticket number, not an account manager, not an offshore team.
I set this up because I kept seeing great local businesses, with five-star reviews, stuck with websites that made them look worse than they are. That's fixable, and it shouldn't cost thousands.

No. I only change the setting that points your website to my server. Your email settings aren't touched, so it keeps working exactly as it does now.
You do, always. It stays registered in your name, whichever plan you're on and whether or not you stay with me.
Changing text, photos, prices, opening hours or menus on the pages you already have, up to 30 minutes a month. Most months that's plenty.
New pages or new features, like online booking, are quoted separately. You'll always know the price before I start.
No. I start from what's already on your current site and your Google profile. Once you say yes, I'll send you a short form to fill in any gaps.
